Sittin' On The Dock of the PBX

OK, so I am patiently waiting for a callback. Guys has completely lost all speech path on his VOIP network. IT guy changed settings in the CORE router, which happens to be the one which carries ALL VOIP traffic. Signaling packets go through. You can PING the IP addresses. Just no UDP carrying the voice.

Yet... the customer believes the network guy.

I hate my job sometimes.
