OK, the down system line rings! This is bad, it means a PBX is down! Someone needs help immediately!

This is serious and we take it seriously. So we get a little perturbed when the tech says he has an alarm on his top panel and needs to know how to make it go out. Nothing else wrong. Everything works OK, just got this alarm.

Oh and by the way, it's on a pay for support system.

Glad we jumped on that emergency and let you jump ahead of everyone who has been waiting in queue.
